Comparing Database Error

We have upgraded to PeopleTools 8.53 and now we want to get our Campus Solutions to the latest bundle so we compared database between new release demo and upgraded copy of production. However, we encountered the following error:

File: E:\pt85310c-retail\peopletools\src\pssys\pjmaccess.cppSQL error. Stmt #: 688  Error Position: 0  Return: 3114 - ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

Failed SQL stmt: INSERT INTO PSPROJECTMSG (PROJECTNAME, UPGPROCESSTYPE, OBJECTTYPE, MESSAGESEQ, MESSAGE_SET_NBR, MESSAGE_NBR, MESSAGE_PARM1, MESSAGE_PARM2, MESSAGE_PARM3, MESSAGE_PARM4, MESSAGE_PARM5) VALUES (:1, :2, , :4, :5, :6, :7, :8, :9, :10, :11)

Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks in advance.
