How do you import the XML configuration that has been exported using the Deployment Manager interface from the command line?

Ideally, I want to be able to customize my OIM instance and export the configuration and then be able to import it into another environment via a scripted command line interface. No browser interaction should be required.

How can I achive this? I am using the latest OIM R2 PS2.
