Workflow Not Sending Email Notifications in r12 (12.1.3)

We are facing issues with Workflow not sending email notifications. Application version - 12.1.3, database version 11.2.0.3.

This was working fine a week before and now we are not able to sent any notifications. We are able to send mail through Solaris command mailx.

OS - Oracle Solaris Sparc 64 bit - 10.

R12 Version - 12.1.3

DB - 11.2.0.3

Help is highly appreciated.
