Send Notifications to User with Form embedded inside the notification

Hi,

We need to develop a workflow which sends notification to users, where in it should also send the details of the Form.

So when they click on the link , the Oracle Apps form must be opened and the required form should be shown with the specific data queried.

Could you please help me to know how to develop this .

Can you also point me at certain standard workflow names which are using this functionality.
