APP-JA-460134: Negative tax amount is allowed only for other type of tax:When we click on apply button in the Receipt locaized tax form in inventory .After updating the tax codes & Suppiler site in the Receipt Tax form ,the above error message is comming and the negative value is showing in the VAT Tax code.

The above error message is comming in the Receipt Localization form in Inventory in 11i instance.
