India - Receiving Transaction Processor (IRTP) completes in Warning

Hi,

At our DEV instance, which is newly configured for India Localization  - we are not able to complete I-RTP successfully.

At all times, it completes in Warning.

The issue is highly critical to us, as UAT is going on.
