How to create a Recurrence in Peoplesoft 9.1 to run a process monthly on 1st five business days?

I would like to create a Recurrence in Peoplesoft 9.1 (Tools 8.52) to run a process monthly on 1st five business days starting at 10:00 a.m. for every 4 hours.

I know how to create a recurrence which will run for 1st five days but don't know how to use Monthly and Weekdays combination.
