Having a problem with SYSAUDIT PAGE-06 for PT 8.53 upgrade

We are working on upgrading to Tools 8.53.  When I ran the SYSAUDIT report, the PAGE-06 section shows a number of inconsistencies.  Most of them are for components that we don't use, but the ones for pages WTHD_CF and WTHD_CF_SBR refer to problems with tables WTHD_ENTITY_DTL and WTHD_ENTITY_HDR.  Most of the flagged fields seem to be chartfields, but I wouldn't expect these to be on these tables.  We are completely current with 1099 patches, so I am confused how this inconsistency between the pages and tables occurred.  What is the best way to resolve this?  I have attached the SYSAUDIT
