Issues with Oracle ESSO-LM v11.1.2.2.0 with Citrix Xenapp 6.5

We have been facing issues with ESSO and citrix. The same agent when it is running on desktop works fine.

When users log into citrix, the agent gets launched and everything works fine. In the citrix environment, user sessions remain active till even the next day. When the user comes for example at the next day and tries to login to EBS, ESSO does not inject the credentials. The user has to logoff and login back again for it to work. During this time sometimes (but not always), the listed application appear greyed off. The issue already occurs before the 11.2.2.0 upgrade and still exists.
