FTP Issue in 9.1 bundle #20

Hi All,

We recently upgraded to 9.1 bundle #20  and have been experiencing FTP error when trying to upload document from PO line comments panel.

PSAPPSRV.21758046 (1539)   1-453263 11.07.13    0.000030 IsURLValid: masked specified FTP URL = ftp://UID:PWD@xx.xxx.xx.xx//attachments/general/

PSAPPSRV.21758046 (1539)   1-453264 11.07.13    0.000142 EvalAddAttachment (error): return code (9) indicates attempt to select file to upload to storage failed.

PSAPPSRV.21758046 (1539)   1-453265 11.07.13    0.000006 ExecuteDeleteAttachmentDB: starting, pszDetailRecordName = PSPTFILE_PRCS, pszAttachSysFileName = 26996.txt.

Did anyone of you come across this error return code (9) and is it possible to get all the return code details.
