Unable to Run the nVision report with output option as file

Hi,

We are facing some issue while running the nvision report with the ouput option as the file. We have specified the file output destination path in the Directory Name Template under the scope and template option. For some reason the ouput file is not available for a particular user in the specified directory. The user got the ouput in the report manager.

When the same report is run by another user with the same option they got output in the specifie directory. So at this point, I am assuming some kind of set up or role is missing for that particular user.
