What is the prerequisites and setups for generating form16 process

Hi hrms Guru,

Step 1 - I have Created an Employee and Its Assignments with GRE details (Tax Org)

step -2 Quick Pay generated for that employee for 11 months (Apr 2013 to Feb 2014)

Step 3- Started End of Year Archival Process (India) " concurrent -Is this possible to run forone employee

Step 4 - Started "Employee Annual Tax Return (India)" concurrent

Finally form 16 is not generated for an employee.

Please guide me to complete this process and let me know the prerequisites and setups for generating form16 process
