Payment doesn't pick up taxes in Invoice

Hi,

We have an Invoice with Amount 19,176.30 INR ( Amount 16,390.00 + Taxes 2,786.30). But while making the payment, only the base amount (16,390 INR) is picked up. Any idea what could the reason be?
