need to upgrade OID from 10.1.4.3 to the lastet version, 11.1.1.7

I need to upgrade OID from 10.1.4.3 to the latest version, 11.1.1.7 on a NEW host (means, 11.1.1.7 will be on a NEW host).  I have the following steps which I think will work ..

1) install 10.1.4.3 OID on the new host

2) create a replica of the existing 10.1.4.3 OID on the NEW host (one-way replication), using the 10g OID on the "old" host

3) upgrade 10g OID database of the replica to 11gR2 (11.2.0.3) on the new host

4) install OID 11.1.1.7 on the new host

5) run the upgrade assistant from the 11g OID pointing to the  OID schema of the 10g OID (which now resides on the 11gR2 database)
