Procedure for opening new year in R12 ?

Dear All,

Our fiscal year is from APR to MAR, So next week we have to open a new year. This is my first year end process. Kindly help me, by guiding me how to open new year and the things to be take care of from India localization point of view.

Kindly share the docs if any available.
