What are the Financial Module Key Features in R12.

I need Module wise key features for the below said Modules in R12

1. General Ledger

2. Accounts Payable

3. Accounts Receivables

4. Fixed Assets

5. Cash Management

Can any one provide the documents details to know the key features for Financial modules.
