India - AR Tax and Freight Defaultation has error ORA-20001: You cannot delete a posted record

Hi ,

   We are on oracle EBS 12.1.3  . When we are running India - AR Tax and Freight Defaultation through API then it gives error

ABORTED RUN... the err   = ORA-20001: You cannot delete a posted record.

ORA-06512: at "APPS.RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_BRI", line 78

ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_BRI'

And the distribution records are not generated . But I can see tax attached in india localization screen .

Can any one help . Will realy appriciate .
