Material Clearance Under CT-1

Team,

We are implementing India localization for a Manufacturing Company - Huber. there are some material clearance under CT-1. material in excise Exempted and sometime it is Vat exempted as well.

customer is worked as a dealer for us and export the material outside the India.  I don;t want to hit my RG23. also can't map rthe order type with Bond Register - Bond as as per excise authority clearance should be domestic.

Please suggest the solution for the same.
