DSDReceipt DSDDEALSCRE message not flowing from RMS-SIM !!

Hi All ,

  

I am unable to get rid of the below error can any one suggest on the below :

Error:

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: com.retek.rib.collab.RibAPIException: Error from {call RMSSUB_DSDDEALS.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] Error ORA-06520: PL/SQL: Error loading external library

ORA-06522: /opt/dbretail/app/product/11.1.0/lib/libdealord.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory returned by program unit RMSSUB_DSD.CONSUME.; nested exception is: com.retek.rib.binding.exception.RIBIntegrationException:
