Credit Transaction Processed (Non RCM) in Settlement Window

Hi,

For non Reverse Charge Service Tax Credit is appearing in the Settlement window and once I processed it diappears from the settlement window.Where it goes on proceessing?

Is is necessay to process?Also If I dont process is the credit available to be taken for excise,as services are procured for manufacture of Excisable goods,if so how it can be done?

Pls guide.
