migration of 10g database from HPUX (PA-RISC) to HPUX (IA64)

The source database is 10g (10.2.0.3.0) running on hpux (PA-RISC processor).

HP-UX vulture B.11.11 U 9000/800 624723248 unlimited-user license

The target server already has 10g binaries installed and the version is 10.2.0.5.0.

The target server is different architecture (IA64):.

HP-UX mthbldb0 B.11.31 U ia64 1986321988 unlimited-user license

Is it possible to use the 'convert database' feature in RMAN to migrate the database to the target server?

My worries is that the target has a higher version of oracle installed - 10.2.0.5.0.

Another question that i have is related to the conversion of the data files. Is it true that only the UNDO tablespaces datafiles require conversion? The rest of the data files can be copied as is to the target server?
