FSCM 9.2 Demo Image and Tuxdeo Rolling Patch

In preparing for upgrade, I came across the document .  It contains:

Note: Customers should apply at least minimum certified rolling patch for Tuxedo version.  It is not all recommended to run Tuxedo just with a base version (without any rolling patches).

I downloaded RP103 for Windows and Solaris platforms.  Then I checked the recently released FSCM 9.2 Demo Image5 and it contains just the base Tuxedo version and no rolling patches.  There is a RP015 for Linux version of Tuxedo.

Oracle/PeopleSoft delivered image does not use rolling image.  Now, I'm confused.
