weblogic admin console shows 1 session

Team,

I am using windows 7 and IE 9 browser, whenever I open a new IE browser session from the same machine and connect as PS user, it shows as a 1 session for PS  in Weblogic admin console, however when connecting to the same URL from different machine as PS user, I am seeing 2 sessions in weblogic console,any idea why it shows as only 1 session when connecting as PS user from  multiple separate IE sessions from samemachine.

Also when opening the same URL in one more session in IE10,the previous connected sessions gets signed out.

I amusing RPA, weblogic cluster and 2 app srevers are being load balanced.
