PO Receiving in Future Period

Hi,

Due to year end business processes, Inventory period has been closed on the 27th March only.

Now a few PO receipts have come up which need to be urgently processed, invoiced and paid.

Since the Inventory period is closed, but Purchasing Control Periods, AP Periods and GL periods are still open; is there a way to do receiving by opening Apr.

When I tried doing the same on clone instance, system gave an error, stating that it is a future dated transaction.

I understand that Inventory does not allow future dated transactions, but is there a work around by say either marking the further period as 'Future' or 'Open'?
