PT 8.53 Scheduler Crystal Setup

Environment:

PT 8.53 upgrade of FSCM 9.1 [Oracle 11.2.03 on Solaris 10]

Windows batch server: Windows Server 2008 R2

Issue:

Problem installing .Net 4 on Windows Server 2008 R2

So far:

Followed the "Task 10A-9-2: Installing Microsoft .NET Framework Products for PS/nVision" from PeopleTools 8.53 Installation for Oracle.

Install of .Net 4 from %PS_HOME%\setup\dotnetredist\dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe gives the following error:

[3/31/2014, 11:58:6]Launching CreateProcess with command line = wusa.exe "E:\affeccc6f33d19f965bfd48e89cefd19\Windows6.1-KB958488-v6001-x64.msu" /quiet /norestart

[3/31/2014, 11:58:7]Exe (E:\affeccc6f33d19f965bfd48e89cefd19\Windows6.1-KB958488-v6001-x64.msu) failed with 0x8024000b - (null).
