FSCM 9.2 Upgrade: Change Assistant - log_output logs being deleted using Process Scheduler configur

Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with configuring Process Scheduler in Change Assistant?  Specifically, how to capture the output logs in the log_output directory back to Change Assistant?

I've opened SR 3-8780903831  :  FSCM 9.2 Upgrade:  Using Process Scheduler for Data Conversion PTIADATACONV (logs being deleted) because the logs from PTIADATACONV are view-able while the data conversion is running but are deleted/gone when it abends or completes.  I've tried following the documentation in "PeopleTools 8.53:  Change Assistant and Update Manager, pg 131-132 but get the following error:

Mon Mar 31 14:42:23 CDT 2014

Information:  Process 619361 completed, but Change Assistant is unable to

retrieve the log file via FTP from the PSUNX Process Scheduler.  FTP Connection
