SR 3-8787595561 : FSCM 9.2 Upg: Restore database back prior to Task 5-13-3 data conversion issue

I have an SR open with the following issue.  Any thoughts?  Suggestions?  Much Appreciated!

I am working on an FSCM 9.0 to 9.2 Upgrade.  I had to restore the database back prior to Task 5-13-3 running.  However, when the restore was complete, I was unable to cleanly run PTIADATACONV.  It appeared to still be using old process instances and wanted me to restart the step instead.  Is there something else that needs to be reset in order to cleanly restart Task 5-13-3 even after the database has been restored?

Also, can Task 5-11 (Running the Data Conversion Analyzer) be run more than once?
