OPSS errors during OIM 11gR2 PS1 to PS2 upgrade

OPSS errors during OIM 11gR2 PS1 to PS2 upgrade

I am performing the steps outlined in the upgrade guide: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E40329_01/doc.1112/e48646/upg_psone_oim.htm#A1098541

I updated SOA (including the mandatory patches), updated OIM binaries, and ran Patch Set Assistant to upgrade the schemas.  OPSS was at 11.1.1.6.0 before the upgrade.  After the upgrade, checking the schemas again (SELECT OWNER, VERSION, STATUS, UPGRADED FROM SCHEMA_VERSION_REGISTRY) shows that each component has the correct version, except OPSS, which is at 11.1.1.7.0 instead of 11.1.1.7.2, as stated in the upgrade guide.  Running again does nothing, as it simply says the schema is already upgraded.
