Create dunning letters per staged level in R12

In the concurrent request "'IEX: Send Dunning to Delinquent Customers" there is no parameter for selection of dunning level from / to, contrary to the R11 "Dunning Letter Generate" which had parameters Dunning Level Low / High. Any advise how to continue generating letters per level would be appreciated.
