upgrading and migrating platform for HRMS

Hi

We are currently running ( HRMS 9.0, Peopletool 8.49.18, Oracle 10.2.4 db) on Windows 2003 platform. We are planning to upgrade to HRMS 9.2, Peopletool 8.53, Oracle 12g db) on a Solaris platform.

Does anyone know what is the best approach to accomplish this?

If you have a high level plan that would be great.
