OIM Customization Installer Extension - Deployment building wrong ZIP path 11.1.2.2

I have installed the Jdev Extension based on the Instructions found @ IAM IDM: OIM 11g R2 Customization Extension Installer for JDeveloper.  I am using the ContractorID EventHandler Post Proc example project to test the JDev Extension, however, when I deploy to the target server the it looks like the process that zips up the plugin content is creating a zip file with the full file path in the zip file and when the deployer tries to push the plugin to the OIM server if fails with the following message:
