Functioning of TDS Tax Details at Tools at header

Hi,

When I attempt to review the TDS data from the Oracle Forms (query the invoice in the Invoice Entry form, and then select Tools => TDS Tax Details from the menu bar), I find that the TDS details form is not opening.


Can anyone pls explain what is the use of the same in case of TDS and how it works.
