Dunning history migration for closed invoices

Hello,

Having followed "How do you Migrate 11i Dunning Letter Sets to R12 Staged Dunning? (Doc ID 1237553.1)" we successfully migrated the dunning sets and dunning levels for the open invoices. I noticed two issues though:

1. Issue: The dunning level history of already closed invoices is not transferred. I did not find any note explaining if this is intended or a bug?

2. Issue FYI only: The dunning letters created in R11 are not visible since the "History" button in the collector's workbench for letters created inR11 is not available in R12. According to note "R12 Collections Workbench - Dunning History Not Visible For Upgraded R11 Dunnings (
