How to hide or disable Password changes by end-users

edited Apr 10, 2014 12:00PM in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

In the current setup we allow the users to change their passwords within PeopleSoft.

We are moving towards a LDAP-authorizations and then we don't want the users to be able to reset their password in PeopleSoft anymore.

The option for PeopleCode signon we want to keep ON, for administrative (VP1/PS-like) accounts where the username does not exist in the LDAP-directory.

Now we are looking for the security that is controling the links on the "My System Profile", and "My Profile" (in ePro and sPro menu).

Pages: USER_SELF_SERVICE and PV_ADM_MY_PROFILE leading to page USER_CHANGE_PSWD.

Howdy, Stranger!
