export/importPartners in OAM

Hi,

I am trying to export partners/policy from OAM 11.1.1.5 using exportPartners through WLST., and import it into OAM 11.1.2.1. but I got the following error,  can anyone advise what could be the problem and how to fix it?

java.io.InvalidClassException: oracle.security.am.engines.pat.PartnerInfo; local class incompatible: stream classdesc serialVersionUID = 7730036145835452361, local class serialVersionUID = 1
