OIM 11gR2 PS1 Disconnected Provisioning

The "out of the box" disconnected provisioning for OIM does not retrieve Request or Catalog data, it essentially is basic routing to a fulfillment user or role. I have been trying to understand how to add in the Assign Request WS and Assign Catalog Input Assign Activities. The "standard approval" workflow does have both of these, however, the workflows are different in which XML is used to map the data inputs. There is a good example on the Assets page for 11gR2, but this doesn't work for 11gR2 PS1. If you deploy the example it will error at the Assign
