Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

To generate Debit credit memo ,Access to the users should be through India Localized Transactions only and not through standard Transaction form.

IF Standard Transaction form is disabled then while entering through Localized Transactions it throws error.
