Copy Project Options

I'm testing the copy of a project that already exists in another environment.  I have Project TEST_COPY_MENU in our DEV environment with the Menu MENU_TEST as the only object in the Project. The same Project already exists in our QA environment. As part of the test, I added something new to the menu in both environments.  When I run compare reports, it does properly identify the differences.

My question surrounds when I go to COPY THE PROJECT from DEV to QA.  I get the following prompt (screen shot of the prompt is attached):

TEST_COPY_MENU already exists in the target database.  Click 'YES' to replace, 'NO' to merge, 'CANCEL' to abort.
