Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have attached VAT claim screen shot. Can I know the use of this screen shot.

What could be the reason to attach invoice number & vendor on this form. What is the advantage.
