Message attribute : Dynamic list of values

Hi All,

             Currently we are working in R12.1.3 platform and 10gf database.Is thier any way to create a Message attribute with dynamic List of values?.The requirement is ,the User should be able to Select the values from the list in notification page.

Any help is much appreciated.
