Oracle Workflow Outbound mails show Norwegian character as '?' when received in English language.

Oracle Workflow outbound mails send in English, shows Norwegian character in mail body as '?'

Its a standard workflow 'JTF_APPR', containing some custom notifications which are being conditionally send.

Mail notifications are received but Norway specific language characters e.g. NORDØST is displayed as NORD?ST when received in mail.


Please suggest any solution for same.
