BEA Weblogic Stuck Threads

We are on PT8.52.04 , HCM 9.0 , Weblogic 10.3.4.0 , Jrockit 28 and Tuxedo 10.3.0.0. We are seeing stuck threads into web logic admin console into production environment. That forces the web logic into the ‘Warning’ State. I have attached thread dump for this. Can anyone has idea on this?
