Suppress/Remove Display Name in email notification from Cocurrent Program when using Notify option

Hello,

I run a concurrent program with an option to notify person xyz after its completion. The email that person xyz receives says it came from Workflow Mailer <my email address>. How can I suppress the display name "Workflow Mailer" from that notification email?

Any idea?
