Career in Oracle Apps as Functional Consultant

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I  have made a switched in Career from Finance to Oracle Apps.I have 13 yrs exp in Finance .Out of that 7 yrs as end user for Oracle Apps.I am new in the Oracle field.Currently I am in support function for Oracle Financials.

Pl.suggest ways & means to develop myself in this field as every learning is happening on the Job only.
