Q: What are the requirements for installing the Enablement Service pack 2?   What components are updated?  .NET 4.5 is required?

A:  UPK 11.1.0  requires Enablement Service pack 2  to support .NET 4.5  and there are no requirements to install it.

Q : We are using UPK 11.0. When opening UPK Developer, the content in the library is not the same as what shows in PeopleSoft Help. How can we synchronize these?

A:  You need to publish the content you want to be available on Peoplesoft help  and then overwrite the existing Player Package folder existing on the PSFT Webserver (weblogic) with the Player Package  folder generated by publishing process
