Is there a way to create a metric in advanced collections to mimic the Receipt Days Late Report?

I have a user who wants to create a metric in Oracle Advanced Collections that can be run rather than running the "Receipt Days Late Report" out of Receivables.  What is needed our of the report to perform this if it is possible?
