How to set up upcharge at a transfer level in RMS 13.2?

Hello,

There is a requirement to setup upcharges (%) for all transfers (wh to store and store to store) going from one particular legal entity to another. All the transfers are generated from EBS (externally) and fed into RMS. Is there a way for the upcharge be added in to each of these transfers before sending this data over to GL?
