This is regarding write-off this Amount for canada business Unit Vat is applicable
Customer balance: is 0.78 CAD.
Now business want to write-off this Amount (0.78 CAD) through maintenance worksheet.
1) 1) User is creating maintenance worksheet to WRITE-OFF invoices and running ARUPDATE, the accounting entries created but stuck in error (ACTOB) Accounting Entries out of Balance.
2) 2) Business unit is for Canada and VAT is applicable @ 13 %. vat Calculation at Gross.
3) 3) Can you please let us know where the problem is? while calculating VAT or while creating Accounting entries? I had added screens short below. Please let us know if you required anything else on this.
