Unified navigation Performance Issue

We are using ihub as front end for accessing HCM 9.2 and FSCM 9.2 . When we access components in HCM/FSCM instances the response is pretty fast. But when we access the same component via Portal it shows latency. Sometimes we see blank spaces in navigation and blank rows in menu.

Please let me know if I am missing something.
