Upgrading FSCM from 8.9 to 9.2 fails on Task 2-31-8: Running the Data Mover Rename Utility

I'm upgrading FSCM from 8.9 to 9.2. I'm using the upgrade template for Image 5.

The Change Assistant job fails on Task 2-31-8: Running the Data Mover Rename Utility with "Application Engine program UPG_REN_DMS not defined (108,501)"
The UPG_REN_DMS app engine program is supposed to be in the UPG_RENAMES project which is copied from new release Demo to my copy of production. However, the project in my 9.2 Demo does not contain the UPG_REN_DMS app engine program. I have applied required for upgrade patches from FSCM image 005, but the UPG_RENAMES project is not included in required for upgrade patches. When I check the project
